A transformational 2 days weekend to allow you to step into your femininity with Grace. 

Our current society requires so much of women as a co-worker, a leader, a mum, a partner, a member of the society. Women tends to take all on board and forget themselves. They are natural "Givers". Most of us have stepped into our masculine energy to deal with our life and forgot the innate creative and soft power of the feminine energy of "BEing". We tend to suppress our emotional nature considered for too long as weak. Life circumstances have made us build armours and close ourselves up.

The key to transformation is to allow our innate nature to finally open up like the bud of a flower : delicate and graceful, which starts with de-armouring our hearts. Allowing our wounds and vulnerability to see the light without judgement and be alchemised. From there, softness, strenght and presence start flowing.

You will discover facets of yourself that you might have repressed or hidden. I will help you birth your golden shadow (your inner spark, inner essence) and embrace your dark shadow (what you feel vulnerable about or ashamed of).... all for you to leave lighter, free-er and more empowered.

We will do a kick off call before the retreat to present all of us and start building the group energy field. And i will give you a few questions to reflect on (no deep work, so don't overthink. it's just to give the nudge to the subconscious to get ready).

We will stay in a dedicated home for 2 days so that you totally disconnect from your life to enable this reset to happen.

* Energy alignement with the current earth and cosmic frequencies

* Ancestral healing of your mother and father lineages (neutralising some trans-generational behaviours (emotions or addictions) manifesting in your feminine and masculine energies)

* Past romantic relationships healing (unhealthy projections on our partners of what our parents did not provide to us, residue of past relationship still stuck in the womb)

* Inner child healing (acknowledging and validating the needs which were not met when we were young)

* Reflection on how all of the above transcribe into work relationships

* Soul retrieval of parts of your talents that are ready to be activated (As more room is created energetically by the above healings, you become more open to let more of your essence be)

* Womb energetic clearing and hidden chakra activation (center of creation)

Aside the energy healing / relaxation meditations which will rythm these 2 days, we will journal, draw and use movements. I will as well lead a cacao ceremony which helps with the activation of the sacred heart and use sounds to support your journeying.

Price: £490 with an arrival on the Friday night. All inclusive of accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks and workshop. 

Times : possibility to arrive from 6 pm on Friday afternoon. The workshop will be 10h-17h / 17h30 each day with 2 breaks and lunch.
